"Eyes of Icarus" Film re Vision Impaired Community

So we are making a short film. Originally it was going to be called "Blindsided" but there are 12 other films called "Blindsided" so we changed the title to "The Eyes of Icarus". The film is co-written by a blind lady , Jasmine Sanchez and stars a blind actor, Ronnie Chisholm as seen in the gofundme video. We have two goals: Firstly to help sighted people better understand people who are vision impaired. And also to make a great piece of art that will win film festivals and people will enjoy watching. It's a dark comedy in the vein of “Beef’ and “Black Mirror”. In order to bypass the months of trying to raise funds, We are begging borrowing and stealing to get it made but there are certain costs we can’t get around such as insurance, talent costs, location expenses, feeding everybody etc. We are putting a significant chunk of our own money into this film and also doing this gofundme. This film is part PSA and part art for art's sake. This film will help sighted people better interact with blind people, so in some ways you could say it's a good deed. In return you will get a link to the film when it's made, invites to screenings and news about our festival run.
