Blk Victims of the Montgomery River melee

Saturday August 5 in Montgomery Alabama. An innocent black security guard asked a group of white ferry boat renters to move their boat. The guard was viciously attacked causing an all out brawl which seemed to morph into a race war. This fund in its entirety, is for the personal use, therapy, and medical bills of the recusers whom assisted in the melee. We will also donate to the family of the security guard in hope that he can recover from the traumas associated with being attacked by the mob of vigilante thugs, their children, and wives. Please donate what you can so we can show these fine individuals that this community has their back, the way they showed up for their brother.

100% of the collected funds will be used to ensure their return to a normal life.

The break down will be

50% to the security guard and his family via Check that I will hand deliver to either his church or place of employment once tensions ease.

40% to the individuals who arrived and helped in the fights therapy if needed. Via check once all members are identified.

10% to fund a vacation, dinner, and/or event to show appreciation for that they’ve done to be paid from an account established for these individuals and funded by you/us.

if funds are denied or returned by the individuals, we will donate proceeds to the Montgomery primitive Baptist church via check from my account that is funded by your donations.

We have made direct contact with 5 key victims in of this melee rather it be direct, or through the representative of their family. We are taking law enforcements approach of not mentioning their name or location to thwart any retaliation attempts that may be lingering. We will hand deliver 3 paper checks to 3 of the victims, money order or cash/cashapp a 4th member dubbed aqua man, the 5th will be in attendance at a thank you ceremony to be hosted in fort Mitchell Alabama where we will present a paper check as well as a collage of your kind words left on this page of my cashapp. The date of that event has yet to be determined as we are still collecting funds. All funds will be used at the discretion of the recipients. We plan to go live during this even, after gofundme collects their fees, we will provide a full breakdown on who gets what that will match to the penny. Thank you all so much.
