Blood transfusion after being poisoned

I recently moved to epworth n/r Doncaster uk I unfortunately totally forgot about onions poisoning dogs I have 2 Shih Tzu one white called Jenny and a golden one called Ella on Wednesday I gave them both cottage pie with onions in Ella is fine but unfortunately Jenny has been poisoned she was taken to Ashby vets (medivet) in Scunthorpe who took bloods and told me she has a dangerous low red blood cells at 1.6 they should be 6.8 and needs a blood transfusion immediately, I was told it would be £2800 for the transfusion and hospital care plus anything else that she may require

i don’t have that kind of money by any means and no charity will help and the vets won’t do a payment plan so I’ve had to bring her home to pass away please please can anyone help or recommend where to go totally heart broken
