BloomBox Design Labs dreams of a world where every student can learn in the best classrooms. We bring a design-thinking approach to educational access; to create tailored, state-of-the-art technology solutions and maker space environments, based on local needs.
This is a BloomBox!
Our approach includes:
- integration of off-grid solar power
- modular architecture that complements existing infrastructure
- design of indoor-outdoor spaces to create welcoming learning environments
- use of computers, remote intranet servers and other educational technologies, to support local educational curricula
- a retractable solar roof system, to increase security and transportability
So far, we've had the privilege of installing 3 labs, which are running beautifully!
We now have interest to launch 2 more BloomBoxes in August of 2024! We are so excited!
And, we are thrilled to be adding a new feature: Starlink satellites to access the internet!
We are racing to raise funds to meet this goal, but still have a ways to go. With the help of this campaign, we hope to complete fundraising for the first one. We would be so grateful for your help.
