Blue Line Bears

My name is Megan O'Grady and I am the daughter of a police officer. I am trying to raise money to start a non-profit organization that I will call Blue Line Bears.  The purpose of the organization will be to make teddy bears out of the uniform shirts of fallen officers.  These bears will be sewn by hand and embroidered with a Thin Blue Line design. Additionally, I will sew the patch from the officers' shirts on the bear and use the buttons as eyes.  Once finished, each bear will be given a St. Michael medal and blessed before being sent to the child of the fallen officer as a keepsake.

This money is to help buy a sewing and embroidery machine, fabric for the stomach of the bears, thread, St. Michael medals, stuffing for the bears, and shipping for the bears. Thank you for your consideration.
