Help Bluebell Get Well & Stay With Her Family

Hello to all the big hearts out there. My name is Zee and Bluebell (aka Baby Shark or Angelbutt) is my furbaby. She is only 3 years old but has been through a lot in the last handful of months.
A disc in her cervical spine ruptured 5 months ago (common for dachshunds, but uncommon to happen so young). She had surgery to fix this 4 months ago, after crate rest did not work. A couple weeks after her surgery it seemed like she had a UTI and she was put on a short run of an antibiotic.
Which did not work.
She started getting blood in her urine. She went on a longer run of the same antibiotic.
Which did not work.
She went on an even longer run of a different antibiotic.
Which did not work.
After another increase in the blood in her urine, she had a urine culture done and they found she had a resistant staph infection. She was put on the one oral antibiotic that could fight the infection.
But, the bleeding got worse. The discomfort got worse. She has become incontinent. It was then discovered that she had developed stones in her bladder.
Two stones. Each about the size of robin's eggs. Plus a bunch of tiny ones.
All of this is heartbreaking to see a young doggo go through, but what is most heartbreaking for us is that due to my own unexpected health crisis we are not able to continue to afford Bluebell's care. We have agonised over what to do. We do not want to have to relinquish her, but if we cannot somehow fund her care it is the decision we are left with to ensure she is able to live a happy and healthy life.
Please, if you can, help us get Bluebell the care she needs; a special diet, medicine, and regular X-ray and bloodwork checkups for about 4 months plus diapers. We also hope to cover some of her most recent ER and vet visits.
We really hope that this is able to ensure we can keep her with us. But, if not, then anything that is raised here will go with her back to the non-profit we adopted her from so they can find her care and a home for her. I just want that to be the last resort.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story.
