Blyth RFC Compact Tractor and Tools

Grounds maintenance is a fundamental part in maintaining this rugby community within Blyth; one of the most financially deprived and physically inactive parts of the United Kingdom.
We're presently using a little "sit on" grasscutter, that's 20 years old, slow, prone to breakdown and does not maintain our pitch, or two training areas to modern standards.
Without an adequate on site grounds provision it is very likely that the 11,000 visitors we receive every year would have to train, and play elsewhere.
This impacts our ability to be able to operate as a viable entity. It is being mentioned by both players and visitors that the grounds are becoming increasingly unkept. Whilst we're trying to sort this with bids for improved drainage it is also vital that the fields are kept in pristine condition with ongoing maintenance to avoid injury and allow for effective playing and training across our entire site.
This specific project has been identified by our dedicated volunteers of the Grounds Team who have identified that their main tool- our little grasscutter is no longer financially viable to maintain and spares for a 20 year old vehicles are rare.
We have already sourced £10,000 from third parties, however this will only buy some of what we require. We need;
- Compact Tractor;
- Lawnmower Attachment, and;
- Pitch Aeration Attachment.
Having the above will reduce our reliance on rented plant and third party pitches and ensure we are able to compete at a high level for the next 10-15 years with vastly improved pitches and training areas.
Any support we receive, no matter how large or small would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
