Help Blythe and Sebastian Dealing With A Medical Scare
Donation protected
Hello, our names are Leigh and Tamia and we have put this together to help out two wonderful humans, Blythe and Sebastian.
Earlier this month Sebastian, an Army National Guard veteran (serving almost 10 years honorably), suffered an occipital ischemic stroke due to a previously undiagnosed congenital heart condition. This condition requires laparoscopic heart surgery to be remedied.
Right now, we don’t know if the deficits are permanent, but his sight is currently 25% impaired. Sebastian will be out of work for at least 6 months. He is a certified EMT with Mohawk Ambulance Service but he must take time away because “without consistent depth perception and the massive blind spot (not to mention the streaks of light) it’s hard to walk around let alone drive.”
Blythe is currently working full-time while going through nursing school and keeping everything at home in order. Sebastian is determined to get better but they need our help during this unfathomable time. We are sending them love and positive vibes during this uncertain time considering it’s only their first year of marriage.
If you know Blythe and Sebastian, you know they are kind, compassionate, and loving, and they are always willing to help anyone out. They are strong-willed people who do not ask for help. We decided to create this on their behalf because they are our friends/chosen family who we’ve known for years and we want to show them as much support as possible.
HOW YOU CAN HELP: Join us by pitching in to help pay for some bills, some groceries, some gas money for all the hospital visits, and their four fur babies (Goose, Nelson, Apollo, and Artemis). Let's show them how much we love them and how much support they truly have.
Update: Thank you to all that have donated so far. I know that Blythe and Sebastian are thankful for your support!
