BMS Annual Fund 2021 - 2022 School Year

Have you heard about PEG (Parent Engagement Group)?  Some of you may be familiar with PEG if your child attended Basalt Elementary School. PEG is a group of parent volunteers who meet once a month to be engaged, support teachers and support fundraising. 

Our hope is to offer parents volunteer opportunities, monthly meetings with administration and fundraise to support the school in their financial needs.  We also understand that parents are working and can’t always find the time to volunteer.  

There is a way you can help though!  We are reaching out to ask you to make a donation to our Annual Appeal. Every dollar will make a difference in helping our teachers and ensuring their success, which in turn, ensures your child’s success. We know it’s been a difficult year for so many in our community, whether it’s $5 or $100 your donation will make a difference. The dollar amount is not important but participation is. The funds will support requests from BMS for teacher supplies, technology requests and teacher appreciation.  This coming school year BMS will be facing a significant budget shortfall so your donation is more important now than ever!
