Bo & family cook up Tradition at Schnitzelbunker

I'm Mathäus, and I'm reaching out to you because our family restaurant, Schnitzelbunker, needs your help. We're entering our second year, but there's a big snag – we couldn't afford to set up our own kitchen yet.
So, we've been making do with a ghost kitchen, which has its drawbacks. But with your support, we're hoping to change all that.
We're all about sharing our German heritage through food. But to do that properly, we need our own kitchen. That means getting gas pipelines in, passing inspections, and getting all the right licenses. It's a big deal for us.
Having our own kitchen means we can cook whenever we want, however we want. No more renting someone else's space and sticking to their schedule. It'll give us the freedom to cook what and when we like!
Schnitzelbunker isn't just a restaurant – it's a family affair.
While I moved to Wisconsin six years ago, my mom Bo, back in Germany, has been important in helping us with her amazing recipes and cooking tips.
Your help, whether it's a little or a lot, means the world to us. It's not just about supporting a small business; it's about keeping traditions alive and bringing a piece of our family to yours.
Thank you so much for being a part of our journey.
Danke ,
