Bob D Dog needs surgery

Hi my name is Sean. My 10 year old Australian Cattle Dog needs hip surgery. The initial emergency vet visit was $2000. They quoted me $8,000 to $10,000 for the surgical procedure. I have found a local vet that quoted me $4600. That is a lot less expensive but still more than I can afford to pay all at once. They are demanding full payment before they start any procedures. I don’t know what to do. But I do know that you get 100% of what you don’t ask for. So I’m asking for financial help. If you are able it would be greatly appreciated. If you can’t donate financially and can only send positive thoughts and well wished those are equally appreciated.
