Bob DelVecchio, a father, a friend, a musician, and entrepreneur is now facing the battle of his life and needs your help in his fight against cancer.
You may have met Bob in a one of many ways: As an entrepreneur, he has had an amazing life: Built one the largest Solar Energy companies in America, and sold Franchises around the world. As a musician, he has drummed with some of the best musicians in the world: Edgar Winter, Rick Derringer, Chuck Berry, Chubby Checker, Jackie Wilson, Bo Diddley, The Shirelles, and Dick Clark’s Caravan of Stars. You may also have met Bob during the past few years through his association with various non-profits for children in their battle with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Today, Bob is facing a stronghold in his life with his own health. He was recently diagnosed with throat cancer and is in desperate need of funding for medical treatments. The doctor stated that the type of cancer he has typically has an 80% success rate in eradicating the disease, but only with the proper (and costly) medical treatments.
At this time, Bob is only partially medically insured and will not be covered for the type of treatments he will need such as: surgery, chemo, radiation, or other protocols for cancer that he requires immediately. This outreach for your help comes only after he has exhausted every avenue for financial assistance. He applied for all sorts of government and private financial support and ran into roadblocks each and every time. This is where we hope you will come in…
Bob has been such a giving man; ironically he worked with a non-profit for children with cancer for two years. He raised funds for Kids Beating Cancer, which he was so passionate about, and taught the children how to drum to “Beat Cancer” by giving the children drum lessons that inspired them to push forward during their fight, in a positive way. Giving back to children in need has been a profound passion of his.
Prior to being diagnosed with cancer, Bob also signed up to volunteer with several upcoming non-profit events throughout the U.S. such as “R.O.C.K." (Reach out for Cancer) events for kids and the annual “Cancer Stock,” and DrumStrong, where cancer patients and recovering cancer survivors unite together for the largest drum circle in the world, during a festival to raise funds, awareness, and to support their fight against cancer.
Now Bob needs “A little help from HIS friends.” Can you help us in supporting Bob? Your financial contribution and prayers is what he needs to beat this terrible disease.
