Funeral Expenses for Bobbi Jo Bray
Donation protected
As most of you know, Bobbi was diagnosed with Familial Cardiomyopathy several years ago. Familial Cardiomyopathy is a hereditary disease of the heart muscle that makes it hard for the heart to deliver blood to the body, and can lead to heart failure.
Bobbi was life flighted from Lincoln hospital to Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis on Sunday, July 30th. After running tests on Monday, July 31st, the cardiologist told us that Bobbi’s ejection fraction was 10 and there was nothing more they could do for her. They said her heart was too weak to undergo surgery to insert an LVAD (left ventricular assist device) which is a pump that is used for patients who have reached end-stage heart failure. The doctor told us she had hours to a couple of days to live.
After years of battling this terrible disease, God called her home on August 2, 2023. Our hearts are shattered and nothing will ever be the same. I want to try to relieve as much stress from Bobbi’s husband and children’s lives as possible as they are crushed from losing her. They will be using any funds donated for her funeral services. We all truly appreciate from the bottom of our hearts, any help you are able to offer. Bobbi was always the first to help anyone out. When my mom, Glenda, was diagnosed with the same disease years ago, Bobbi took care of her. I want her to have the funeral she deserves. Thank you all ♥️
