Bobby and Zannie Robinson House Fire Fundraiser

Hi my name is Leslie Larkey and I am doing a fundraiser for my parents Bobby and Zannie Robinson to whose house was destroyed due to an electrical fire in their ceiling on June 8, 2023. My dad and mom are both 74 years old. My dad is an Airforce veteran from the late 1960s and 70’s. My mom has multiple health problems which affects her memory. My mom and dad have had house insurance for over forty years with farm bureau. Due to my moms condition she forgot to pay her house insurance which was due on April 29, 2023. She went to farm bureau to pay all of her insurances in full the first week of June. She didn’t realize they had cancelled her house insurance and they did not tell her they had cancelled it when she went up there to pay so they only charged her for her car insurances and didn’t reinstate her insurance for her. So when their house burned on June 8th I called farm bureau to report it and they told me her house insurance was cancelled at the end of May and they couldn’t cover any of her damage. So now my mom and dad are living with me until they can repair their house which will take a lot of money. They are both disabled, elderly, and live on a fixed income.
