Bobby's Glioblastoma Fundraiser

Donation protected
Welcome to Bobby's Glioblastoma Fundraiser page. Bobby is a loving husband and father of three children. He and his wife Angie have been married for 23 years. His children are Savanah, age 26 and currently enrolled in college, Steven, age 23 and diagnosed with Schizophrenia, and Emma, age 17 and currently in high school. Bobby is also the single source of income for his family.
On August 17th, 2023 Bobby was taken to the hospital by his wife Angie. After an MRI was taken it was found that a tumor the size of an apple was present in his brain. The tumor was operated on and a good portion of it was removed. After pathology was performed on the tumor it was found that Bobby is suffering from Glioblastoma. Glioblastoma is a very aggressive form of brain cancer that is currently incurable. Even with chemotherapy and radiation therapy this form of cancer can only be slowed down. Bobby has been given 6 months to 1 year to live. On top of all of the medical expenses incurred by Bobby's condition, he and his family have lost a considerable amount of weekly income as short term disability only covers a portion of wages.
As of September 7th, 2023 Bobby has been allowed to return home after spending several weeks in the ICU at Methodist hospital in Indianapolis and 5 days at the inpatient rehabilitation center at Community Hospital South. Bobby is still having issues with short term memory loss due to his condition as well as requiring help to do every day normal tasks.
We would like Bobby and his family to be able to enjoy their remaining time together without the constant worry of how bills, groceries, and living expenses are going to be paid for. Please feel free to make a donation and even if you can't, share this fundraiser on social media platforms with your friends and family to help get the word out. Thank you for visiting this page and thank you for any donation you may have made. Together we can make a huge difference to help support a family in need.
