My name is Bob Jarvis and I have become known as the "Tollbuster" by the TV and Newspapers here in Australia.

I became the "Tollbuster" by accident because I successfully defended my right to pay tolls in gold and silver coins as per the constitution, when coin payment options on tollroads were removed. This also led me to realise that Fuel Excise tax is charged for the building and upkeep of roads (therefore tolls are double dipping taxes). Upkeep of roads can also come from vehicle registrations etc.

My story on television news in August quickly reached 1.4 Million views on Channel Seven (Sydney) Facebook (and have been told went much higher) and I was innundated with people telling me of large and ongoing administration and other compunding fees that are unfairly charged when they accidently have missed paying a toll by a deadline.

As a community advocate I have been asked by many people to lead a community based class action to prepare a legal challenge to toll road unconstitutional fees and charges, on behalf of the community.

As I am a retired pensioner, I will need help to do this. The amount of written material that needs to be reviewed is huge and the need to meet with people from Queensland to Victoria is a challenge.

I am seeking help so that I can maximise the amount of people to join the class action, assess and collate the material and present to a constitutional lawyer.
