Inspired by the former Avuncular Bob’s Beerhouse in Fort Collins, employees Kimera Gall and Robert Gardin are ready to take on new endeavors while continuing to offer great quality food to Northern Colorado. Avuncular Bob’s believed that some of our favorite moments in life are those spent taking in the scenery with a cold pint and great company. We want to continue spreading this message as far as our wheels will take us. That’s why we’re starting Fort Collins’ newest food truck called Bobs Food Truck which aims to keep the avuncular spirit alive by offering similarly creative food from scratch.

Robert was the heart and soul of the Avuncular Bob’s kitchen for 2 years and has 10 years of kitchen experience. Kimera Gall, who joined Bob’s team in 2023 and has 12 years of restaurant experience, quickly fell in love with the environment and community Bob’s provided. Together they would like to utilize their talents to continue giving back to the community.
