Bohannon Ranch Needs A Roof

On 2/7/17 a tornado touched down at the Bohannon Ranch (retired animal rescue)  in Lawtey,  FL shredding everything in its path.  My parents were very lucky their home survived. Unfortunately, their roof, deck, underground electrical and fence  had damage in multiple areas that needed immediate repair.  After seeking help from a "contractor" (who is the pastor of a local church) they were able to hand over a check from their mortgage company for the repairs.  There was a contract and a W-9 on file for his business . 

The man never pulled a building permit nor did he complete the work.  September 11th Hurricane Irma came through and brought more damage to their home. The roof was already in need of repair with tarps covering areas that were leaking. During the storm my mom was emptying buckets of water as it poured into her home. 
This go fund me is to raise money for a new contractor to repair their home properly. The original "contractor" falsely represented himself as a contractor.  He  is refusing to return the money.  The original repairs were $26,009.25. After the home was damaged from  not properly repairing it has suffered more damage. Their new quote is at $45,140. This is to repair all water damage and replace the roof as well as the destruction from his negligance of the deck on the south end of the house,  and the electrical.
