Bohemian Metals Legal Defense Fund

As anybody who follows my page knows, Bohemian Metals and myself have been going through a lot these days on top of the covid19 experience.A few people have suggested that I start a go fund me page, something I never imagined myself doing. On May 15th City of Cheyenne, BOPU working on my street with a private contractor JCB underground were installing a fiber optic line when because of negligence, they clipped my sewer line and the resulting damage caused a mixture of bentonite, water ,and gravel/soil from the street to enter my sewer line where it traveled down my line until it met the sump pump ,which attempted to pump the material out, but couldn't pump it out the sewer line so instead it pumped the material out through the washing machine drain ,and floor drain in my business resulting in 3 in. of the mixture in my basement and a kiss in excess of 40, 000 dollars in fossils, inventory and personal items. The bentonite was also shoved upstairs plugging the plumbing for my apartment. We went close to 2 months without a functioning sewer, toilet, shower or running water. During this time I devoted all my time ,money and energy towards getting the city ,BOPU and JCB underground to help us .I had to shut down and crawl into the attic in an attempt to free my apartments drain lines for 9 days. In these last two months I have had to cease my normal work to fix my plumbing so we are not bringing in our normal money. The construction company and BOPU have all refused to accept responsibility for the damage they have caused my business, property and the people living here who they denied even the basic necessities of plumbing, toilet and running water. We were forced by their incompetence to use a 5 gal bucket as a toilet. These entities caused much damage to a historic property. The money being raised here will go to a retainer for lawyer representing me as the people responsible for this are forcing this into litigation. Any amount helps. Thank you for your help. Brian.
