Residents have provided L&Q with 3 formal escalations about the hot water problems in Phase 1 and 2, Acton Gardens.
Given the ongoing issues, we do not believe that the Boiler Room and associated hot water system is fit for purpose and would like to conduct our own independent assessment.
This report is needed to drive L&Q investment (since they appear unable or unwilling to do this effectively on their own).
We have found a specialist who has agreed to complete this at a reduced rate - although we will still need to raise a nominal £2000.
Should we raise more than this, we will use the funds solely for the purpose of putting pressure onto L&Q to improve hot water across Phase 1 and 2.
