I will be going to Uganda this August for a medical mission trip with Peninsula Community Church!
Every year PCC partners with a church in Bombo, Uganda to provide a free, week-long, medical clinic for the community and surrounding areas. Doctors, nurses, and various volunteers from both America and Uganda team up to provide care for thousands of people who arrive at the clinic.
I've always felt called by God to be with people, to provide a listening ear, and encourage hope. I knew at some point I'd be given the chance to do so overseas and I'm grateful Bombo has been put on my heart. God has given me this opportunity to use my skills and passions related to wellness to serve in Uganda.
Financially, I need to raise $3,000 to be able to go on this trip. Would you consider supporting me to achieve this goal?
I know this trip will be beautiful but also, uncomfortable, growing, and challenging. Outside of financials, your prayers would mean the world to me as I prepare to serve and also during my time in Uganda.
Ephesians 1:18 "I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance."
