Do you want to join us in making a difference ? We are raising money in aid of CHRYSALIS AT TYNEDALE and every donation will help. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us. This organisation specialises in support for sufferers of dementia and their families.

 

Research shows there are more than 850,000 people in the UK who have dementia. One in 14 people over the age of 65 have dementia, and the condition affects 1 in 6 people over 80. The number of people with dementia is increasing because people are living longer. It is estimated that by 2025, the number of people with dementia in the UK will be more than 1 million.

 

We will be setting off on a 4 day fund raising ride on the 30th June 2022.  Calling at various Harley Davidson dealerships along the way to try and raise funds and awareness.  Although our fundraising ride is over four days, the main part of the ride is nearly a 1000 mile trip around the Welsh border and coastline over a 2 day period.

Our aim for this ride is to raise as much as possible for this great organisation, ran mainly by volunteers who rely on these donations, and spread more awareness of the support available to sufferers of this terrible condition.
