Bonnie Bedingfield Commemorative Gift

Hi All! Sadly Bonnie Bedingfield will be retiring at the end of this school year. She has been at Ivy for THIRTY-THREE years. She is a long beloved teacher that has touched many students.

This is a SURPRISE

We are raising money to dedicate an engraved bench Or a “buddy bench” and tree to commemorate Mrs Bedingfield’s dedicated 33 years of teaching and caring for Ivy Hill Children. The bench and tree will be installed on Ivy Hills property. 

If current or past families would like to donate towards this that would be appreciated! please share this fundraiser with current and past Ivy families that may want to contribute! 

Any excess funds will be donated in Mrs Bedingfield’s name to the charity of the school’s choice. 

There will also be a drive-by parade on May 28th at 9am to wish Mrs Bedingfield good bye from your car, at Ivy Hill. We are hoping to have the bench installed by then so we will need to place the order soon! More details regarding the parade when the date gets closer. 

Please keep the gift and parade a secret! We would like this to be a surprise for Mrs Bedingfield so please do not share this with your elementary aged children as I’m sure it would be difficult for them to contain their excitement for something special planned until the the time comes!
