Bonnie from The Grand (NFLD resident of 38 years)

We are the family and close friends of Bonnie. Bonnie has lived in Northfield MN for 38 years, where she raised her three sons. Many of you are familiar with Bonnie From her 20 years managing events at the Grand or her many other positions in NFLD. Most recently she held a position with Bon Appetit of Carleton College. About three months into her new position she came down with Covid December of 2021. Her friends and family noted the "long haul" effects that were lingering and caused a marked change in her overall well being. In June of 2022, she went into the Northfield Hospital where she was seeking medical care and was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma, complicated by a malignant mass. Bonnie's kids and grandkids are highly invested in Bonnie's treatments and overall well being. We have reached a point of needing some financial support and lots and lots of prayers. Tests and Scans are continuing in additon to chemotherapy and immunotherapy. This has weighed heavily on her financial situation. Its been extremely difficult for Bonnie to accept not being finacnially independent. There has been alot of change and funds are exhausted. We need a village right now! The Northfield and surrounding comminuty has been a big part of Bonnie, so your support touches our heart immensely. If we could spread the word and back her as shes backed so many of us, we would greatly appreciate that.
