Barbara Ann ‘Bonnie’ Norris
1953 – 2023

Barbara Ann Norris, aged 70, died after a short illness on November 20th, 2023 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

She was born in Wichita Falls, Texas in 1953 to Jack & June Wells and was nicknamed ‘Bonnie,’ which her friends and family continued to affectionately call her.

Bonnie attended Midwestern State University, where she graduated summa cum laude, majoring in art. She continued to create art and volunteered at a local shelter for abused women teaching art classes.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her father Jack Wells, mother June Wells, and brother Lee Wells. She is survived by her brother Wayne Wells and wife Karen of Amarillo, TX, sister Carri Wells of Austin, TX, husband Jerry Norris of Wichita Falls, children Justin Norris and wife Melissa of Carrollton, TX, Jason Norris and wife Jessica of Fort Worth, TX, and June Williams and husband Aaron of Georgetown, TX, and five beautiful grandchildren Haydrienne Norris, Charlie & Gemma Norris, and Jameson & Madison Williams.

The celebration of life is to be held on Saturday, December 2nd at Faith Baptist Church in Wichita Falls at 11am in the parlor.
