Bonnie’s head shaving fundraiser for epilepsy

As most of you know, my younger sister Bonnie has been fighting the highs and lows of epilepsy, for the past 13 years.

Despite the constant set backs of painful seizures, the side effects of her medication, constant injuries, time off work, inability to drive and the increasing health risks; she has continued to push through and live her life to the fullest.

Bonnie has just spent the last two weeks in hospital, bravely deciding to have a possibly life changing brain surgery; with no guarantee of a successful outcome.

The surgery was unbelievably invasive and scary, but she stayed positive and fearless through the whole process.

Unfortunately as a result of the surgery, she has had half of her beautiful long hair shaved off, and has now decided to shave the rest of it off and donate it.

Dad has also volunteered to shave off his beard, to support Bonnie and bring in a few extra dollars for her.

I have set up this go fund me to raise a few dollars for Bonnie and her recovery.

She can put the money towards paying her rent for the next few months, a holiday, buying some cool hats or beanies, or just to treat herself to something nice.

Bonnie gives so much to those around her as the wonderful, kind and caring young woman she is.

No amount is too small and I know how grateful she would be for every cent.
