Bono Community Legal Expenses

The Bono Community located in Faulkner County Arkansas, is fighting a wealthy foreign crypto mining corporation in Federal Court. We have been in litigation since July 2023, and we hope to have a final court date in 2025. This multimillion-dollar company has wreaked havoc on our small community since May 2023, causing a negative impact on our physical and mental health. The case has been moved to federal court and by trial we are expected to have accumulated $100,000 in legal fees. We refuse to give up and are doing everything in our power to fight for our quality of life.
