Boogie for Bowel Cancer
4th February 2021 - So World Cancer Day today ..... didn't even realise as have been supporting my husband Dr Peter Lovatt aka Dr Dance as he undergoes emergency surgery for Bowel Cancer.
It was an Occupational Therapist I met when working at The Royal Marsden Hospital as a secretary 33 years ago which inspired me to train as an OT - so a bit of a full circle.
SO heres the thing, I have been blown away so far by the quick treatment Peter has received whist the NHS is in chaos with covid. I've immersed myself in literature about cancer and early intervention is the key.
So here's my bit, I'm going to do a 30 min Boogie workout every day from this World Cancer Day to next year's World Cancer Day on the 4th February 2022 - 365 workouts. I will donate for each workout. If you want to join me do .....
