Book grants for Salem Community College students

Salem Community College (SCC) Alumni Association book grants directly benefit SCC students in buying textbooks and supplies. Recipients are extremely grateful for the grants, which help alleviate financial stress. Students apply for the grants and are selected by Alumni Association Board members based in part on financial need, academic achievement, and community/college involvement. The Alumni Association Board thanks you in advance for helping continue this critical support to hardworking students next semester.
"Being a recipient of this award has inspired and motivated me to give back to the community. I hope that I will be in a position one day to help students achieve their academic goals just as you have helped me achieve mine." -- Starlisa Smoot, a Class of 2020 graduate who has returned to SCC to earn another degree.
