Greetings! This is Kim Pirtle and Kyle Donnelly. We are the Band Directors for the Boonville Bands in Boonville, MO.
The World Famous Pie Auction and Band Concert has been a tradition in the Boonville community for 22 years. For the first time in the history of the Pie Auction, the severe weather predicted for January 13, 2017 has forced the event to be cancelled. The safety of the students, families, and community is our top priority.
This event serves as the only fundraiser each year for the band program. Funds supplement the budget from the school district and provide support in additional ways.
Support takes many forms from large scale purchases such as specialty musical instruments to funding events that develop Leadership Skills at the high school level. Students of all ages have the opportunity to attend summer music camps on scholarship where they learn from outstanding teachers.
Listed below are some of the benefits the Band Boosters have provided thanks to the support of the community through this Annual Pie Auction & Concert Fundraiser.
Your donation will help us support the musicians of the Boonville Band Program. We look forward to being back next year with the traditional style event scheduled for January 19, 2018!

World Famous Pie Auction & Concert: Highlights from 20+ years
Major purchases and annual support made possible through the generous donations from the businesses and citizens of Boonville.
* Scholarships to summer music camps (ex: Combined Summers 2015 and 2016 awarded scholarships to over 90 students)
* Concert Band instruments: French horns, tenor saxophones, bass clarinets, baritones, tubas, bassoons, chimes, timpani
* Marching Band instruments: sousaphones, marching baritones, marching drumline equipment, flags, uniforms
* Annually funded the Leadership Training Retreat for Section Leaders and Drum Majors for the past 15 years.
* Purchase of the Boonville Silver Pirate Band Trailer
* $20,000 over two years for the purchase of new band uniforms in 2005
* $7,500 for an additional 21 uniforms in 2012
* Piano accompanists for District/State Solo and Ensemble Festival.
