Boost Val Vista Lakes' Flower Project

Val Vista Lakes is excited to announce a community-wide Flower Planting Service Project on Saturday, April 27, starting at 7 am. Over 550 perennial flowers are slated to be planted throughout the community. It is intended to include every monument sign throughout the community where there are planter beds.

This year there are no funds available in the budget for planting flowers in our numerous flower beds throughout the community. However, several community members are organizing groups of volunteers to plant perennial flowers on this day and are raising significant funding.

Yet, More volunteers and funds are needed!

Everyone is invited to volunteer to help plant flowers on this day or raise needed funds. ($8,000 total funds needed) Volunteer signup sheets are at the Clubhouse front desk. Once people sign up, they will be contacted and assigned to a designated area. If you don’t have a green thumb, then donations are a great way to stay involved. Checks can be dropped off at the clubhouse front desk and made out to:

J & A Arizona GreenHouses.

Plus, All donations received over the $8,000 goal will be used to purchase flowers to plant round the clubhouse and mountain area to bring a more vibrant and beautiful atmosphere for all.

We are so grateful for all who have contributed and continue to make Val Vista Lakes the most beautiful place to live.
