Borresen Family IVF Journey

Pat and I are reaching out to share our story and ask for your support as we embark on a journey to expand our family through IVF. We started trying for a second child in May of 2021. After 6 months we pursued a local fertility clinic, and unfortunately, we have encountered the heart-wrenching challenge of secondary infertility. We went through 6 rounds of IUI with no success. We have spent several months trying fertility acupuncture to no avail. We have decided at this point that In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is our best chance to give Avery a sibling and complete our family.

IVF is a complex and expensive procedure, and it comes with significant financial burdens. The costs include medical treatments, fertility medications, procedures, and more. We have insurance, but it doesn't cover all the expenses related to IVF, leaving us with a substantial financial gap that we must bridge.
