Bosman Family House Fire

I’m starting this GoFundMe to help out my brother in law, Dan Bosman and his family. They woke up to a devastating house fire this am, July 4th. Thankfully, they were all able to get out safely. They are still looking for their beloved family cat, Waylon. Their garage was fully engulfed and the house attic was on fire. They lost 3 vehicles and all of their possessions in the house. They are thankful to the Fire Departments from Brandon, Valley Springs, and Sioux Falls, the Minnehaha County Emergency Management and the Brandon Police Department for their assistance this am.

Some of you may remember that I had started a GoFundMe 2 years ago for this same brother in law, Dan, as his wife Heather was fighting melanoma cancer and sadly passed away at 37 years old in February of 2020, leaving behind Dan and their 2 boys.

Dan has a girlfriend, Jen Hinsch and his 2 sons are now 12 (Carson) and 9 (Hayden). Carson was diagnosed with Friedreich’s Ataxia in 2021. FA is a rare, inherited, degenerative disease which requires medical needs.

I will post immediate needs as I receive them. Currently, the boys are being taken care of and Dan is working with his insurance. Please cover this family with your thoughts and prayers as they have been through so much the last couple years and now a house fire. Thank you for all your support. ❤️
