Boston Medical Center Triathlon Team
Tax deductible
On August 17-18, 2024, we will be competing in The Boston Triathlon in support of Boston Medical Center (BMC), a non-profit, which is the largest safety-net hospital in New England. Boston Medical Center is a recognized leader in groundbreaking medical research and trains more than 700 residents and fellows each year, as the teaching hospital for Boston University. Funding is primarily from investments and donations from people like yourself!
The race starts with a 750m swim by Cameron Hudson, a former varsity swimmer. The next portion will be a 17.5K bike by Thomas Kruczynski, who has had a love for sports and fitness since he was a child. Finally, bringing us to the finish line with a 5.5K run is James Ward III, a former varsity cross country athlete.
We are excited to participate and raise money for BMC. The funds raised support BMC’s innovative efforts to advance health equity. BMC programs impact a patient’s overall health by sponsoring nutritious food, safe housing, access to education, and stable employment. BMC believes that good health care is a human right and is working hard to ensure that everyone has the resources and opportunities to live the life they envision.
