BOTTOM SURGERY SPEED-RUN, BRUTAL MODE, NOT CLICKBAIT!!!!!

its time for Desdemona to get the ultimate body mod— Im going to give my pelvis a lobotomy. Gonna do an exhaust delete. Shorten the shifter, so to speak. Bury the proverbial hatchet and pull out the world’s smallest guillotine, I’m getting surgery of the most bottom degree.

Between the preceding procedures, the surgery itself, and post-surgery recovery I’m thinking around $8,000 is what I’ll need. But anything helps!!! It’s a big big step for me and something that I have VERY much been looking towards.
