Boulder Crest Foundation is the home of Posttraumatic Growth (PTG) and the global leader in the development, delivery, study, and scale of PTG-based programs. We exist to transform the way that our society thinks, feels, and acts when it comes to notions of mental health and struggle, so that we live in a world that is fueled and founded in notions of PTG, not PTSD, diminishment, diagnosis, or dysfunction.

A nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Boulder Crest is focused on ensuring the military, veteran, and first responder communities can live great lives in the aftermath of trauma. In the past 11 years, we've served over 130,000 Warriors at no charge to them. But he need is great – traditional approaches to mental health are not working for these communities and a new and innovative approach is desperately required. In fact, in spite of more money being spent on mental health than ever before, suicide rates are not getting better - an estimated 22 veterans die by suicide every day, and annually, more first responders die by suicide than in the line of duty.
