Boxed Trees for the Monarchs

Monarch butterflies worldwide are nearing extinction due to habitat loss and climate change. Here in Pacific Grove, CA (aka Butterfly Town, USA) we are doing all we can to bolster the Monarch Sanctuary where these butterflies overwinter. In order to replenish foliage that was lost due to heavy pruning of existing trees, we are bringing in native trees like Monterey Cypress and other beneficial species in boxes to fill gaps that allow strong ocean breezes to sweep away resting butterflies. Please help protect the monarchs! They need all the support they can get in these trying times
