Move to a new, bigger gym
On 13th January we announced the plans to move to a bigger, centrally located gym. Three times the size of the current gym, we will be able to run more sessions for wider groups in the community.
Since the announcement, members are other local community residents have asked how they can help.
We have been saving hard and secured most of the funds. We still have a gap. With traditional funding sources redirecting efforts to COVID specific applications we are encouraging as many people as possible to join the team and help.
More information about Holmes Chapel Boxing Club: Holmes Chapel Boxing Club is a Community Club. Its aims and objectives include:
- Offer coaching and competitive opportunities in boxing
- Promote the values of hard work, discipline and respect for self and others
- Promote the club within the community
- Promote and encourage healthy lifestyles
- Provide a positive alternative to crime and anti-social behaviour
We are affiliated to England Boxing, the National Governing Body for Amateur Boxing
