Ukrainian Women Deserve Financial Security
Tax deductible
Ukrainian women, displaced almost overnight, are among the world’s newest refugees. Making up 90 percent of the nearly 7 million Ukrainians who fled, women refugees face challenges they couldn’t have anticipated mere months ago. They have to navigate food, shelter, healthcare, and the security of themselves and their families.
We believe when Ukrainian women have access to financial services, they are better able to ensure the safety and well-being of themselves and their families.
Women’s World Banking has the opportunity to articulate the financial needs of Ukrainian women to policymakers. With $100,000, Women’s World Banking will survey 800 Ukrainian women, hearing first-hand what their financial needs are to ultimately strengthen financial support for displaced all over the world.
