With a heavy heart Iam writing this my cousin Noel Santillán Reséndiz Jr. was murdered on wed Sept 30th. He was only 36 years old and left behind a Son, his mom, brother and Grandma. He will always be remembered as the goofy person, who always made us laugh, he was always laughing and saying jokes. He was finally on the way to recovery and had many plans for himself and his son to look forward to. Our family is in such disbelief and are heartbroken by this devastating news .
