Brad Canty Underdog Scholarship Fund

Tax deductible
My name is Kayla McCann, and I recently graduated high school as a member of the class of 2020 at Hopkinton High School. I am fundraising money to support and run the Boston Marathon for the Canty's Underdog Scholarship Fund. This scholarship will provide  assistance for deserving, unrecognized children of Hopkinton High School, Hopkinton, MA.
I have already attained a bib number and will follow a training plan in preparation for the marathon, so I just need your help fundraising for this cause.

Brad Canty was an important part of the Hopkinton Community.  Brad was a loyal, kind, and caring individual who was always putting his friends and family before himself. Brad was an energetic participant on the Hopkinton Swim and Dive team, where a lot of students got to know him most, including myself. Despite having to fight ongoing gastrointestinal disorders, he did not let the illness negatively impact his life.
Brad's determination and selflessness is remembered by many people and inspires me everyday to not take anything for granted. I would like to honor Brad Canty and his family by fundraising for the Canty's Underdog Scholarship Fund and participate in the running of the virtual Boston Marathon in September, 2020.
