Brad Nelms Recovery

On Monday June 8th, my dad Brad Nelms was struck by a truck while driving home on his motorcycle. The driver of the truck made no intentions to avoid hitting him, and took off. Thankfully my dad was able to get enough out of the way that his leg and foot where what was hit. He was able to make a phone call and get himself help, and was care flighted to The hospital. The doctors have made multiple attempts to save his leg however, unfortunately they informed him today, Friday June 12th that they will he removing his leg from the knee down. We are all thanking God that we still have him and that it is just his leg that will be taken, but of course it will be a long hard recovery for him. While my dad and Kim know that so many people are in tough situations right now and would never want anyone to put themselves in a tight spot, I am asking that if anyone is able to help out financially with any amount, I know it will be greatly appreciated. Between medical equipment, hospital bills, physical therapy, and missing work, I know they will be struggling significantly.
