Hello All!!
My name is Monica and I am reaching out to as many people as I can to get support for my sister and brother-in-law.
Brad Wendell was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer three days before Christmas 2015. His condition is very serious as it has spread to his brain, lymph nodes, edrenal glands and in his bones. Physicians are saying scientifically that there is not a chance for a cure, but can have a chance for prolonged life. He is responding to first line therapy and is starting to see some progress. That being said, he is going to have to undergo many more treatments and is not able to work or drive. He is currently trying to get on disability, but that takes time.
These two have both been in this position before. Both Brad and Tricia had lost their former spouses to this horrible disease a few years back and are now facing this battle again together. It breaks my heart to see them both go throught this again and chance losing what they have worked so hard to build.
I really have no idea how much they need, but anything that anyone can do to help would be greatly appreciated. Their bills are already piling up with collectors calling. We are trying to look into all of the non-profit groups out there that can assist. They are great people and are strong in their faith.
