Bradley Wampler's Cancer Treatment Fund
Donation protected
My strong, loving and courageous best friend Bradley Wampler has recently been diagnosed with stage four brain cancer. Over the summer, while he was at work, he had a seizure causing him to hit his head on his machine equipment. After an MRI and CT scan, we were able to find out that he had a massive brain tumor that needed immediate operation and treatment.
He underwent awake surgery to remove the majority of the tumor. However, they could not remove the entire tumor without risking losing speech, sight or personality traits. Unfortunately, that means he will be starting another course of chemo for six more months in February to help reduce or shrink what's left.
Glioblastoma is incurable, but we are hopeful that his body will react well to all these treatments. Unfortunately, the current odds are 2-5 more years. However, he will be wearing an OpTune device soon that we are hoping will be a significant game-changer in his fight to survive the best he can.
I am starting this fundraiser to give an outlet for so many of you who have asked to help Bradley. Unfortunately, he will not work due to his disability and condition. I'm asking for help to support him during this challenging time and provide some comfort with financial burdens so that they are not at the forefront of his mind. If you know Bradley, you know how caring and generous he is with those close to him. He is a natural-born caretaker... Unfortunately, it has been challenging for him to reach out to ask for help or support during this time of need.
If there is anything you can do to support, please know that Bradley will significantly appreciate the kindness.
