Brad’s Journey to Beat Esophageal Cancer

Hello! This fundraiser is to raise money for my brother Bradly and his family as he undergoes treatment for esophageal cancer. After months of trouble swallowing and then more severe symptoms, a trip to the hospital led to the discovery of a tumor at the bottom of his esophagus. This week he saw his oncologist for the first time and learned he has stage 2 esophageal cancer. There are more tests to be done and this will be a long road, but what we do know so far: This will require chemo and radiation. A port was placed this week and once treatment starts he will be off work for some time, putting a financial strain on his family. He recently started a new job and does not have many benefits. This money will help with everyday expenses but also with gas money as he will likely be driving to Indy for this treatment. After chemo/radiation, he will possibly have surgery to remove the tumor. He has received many units of blood since this diagnosis and has been weak and losing weight due to not being able to eat much. We would appreciate any help we can get during this time, whether it is in the form of money, prayers, or anything else. Please consider giving if you can.
