Brady Brewer
Donation protected
Hello, we hope you are all ok during the difficult time the world is having with the COVID-19 virus . Not all the bad news is virus related. We have a young neighbor, Brady Brewer, and his dog who are very dear to my wife and I and many in the world who he has touched. Brady was injured during birth and as a result has mental and physical disabilities. He has undergone more surgeries in his 16 years than most any 10 people together will endure in their lifetimes. He is very prone to life threatening seizures. Lisa was not only his friend and constant companion but also a trained seizure alert service dog. Having Lisa by his side allowed him to enjoy some of the normal things we all take for grant and provided some relief for his family. With Lisa to protect him, Brady was able to attend the Tennessee School for the Deaf in Knoxville. Sadly, last night Lisa passed away unexpectedly. We would like to help Brady obtain a new service dog so he continues to have the protection and companionship he needs.
As you may know, trained service dogs are very expensive. Your donations towards the purchase of a new companion and lifesaver for Brady will be greatly appreciated by Brady, his family and all of us who love Brady and Lisa. Thank you very much. Ralph and Debbie Buffington
