Help Daniella get Braille books for Visually Impaired Kids
Donation protected
At some point in our lives, we discover things we may are drawn towards or called to do; it is up to us to execute this call or ignore it entirely.
A few years ago when I was only a teenager, I got the opportunity to teach children with special needs basic classical robotics (their conditions ranged from Cerebral Palsy, to Dementia among several other childhood congenital defects).
At the end of the bootcamp it was very heartwarming to see this kids solve very specific problems in their communities with Arduino prototypes. This was both a fulfilling moment as well as a great learning experience.
Although I find that I am naturally drawn towards kids, dedicating my time to helping special kids brings me so much joy and fulfilment! That is why I am embarking on this journey!
As part of my contesting for the National American Miss State pageant, I am required to donate children’s books and or school supplies to a charity organization of my choice.
For this reason I have partnered with Saavi (Southern Arizona Association for the Visually Impaired) Services to donate Braille books to aid kids with visual impairment.
Thank you in advance for helping me make this possible. I believe this is the beginning of endless opportunities to help children with special needs.
God richly bless you!
