Brain Surgery for Ashton Jones

Hi, my name is Kiera and I'm trying to help raise money for one of my best friends, Ashton Jones.

23-year-old, Ashton Jones, was diagnosed 3 years ago in 2020 with a chronic illness, POTS. She battles these symptoms every day of her life. Recently, a mass was detected on her brain. Ashton must have brain surgery quickly as the mass is pressing on her optic nerve and thyroid. This past week has been a whirlwind of appointments, labs, CT scans, MRIs, and meetings with surgeons, neurologists, and endocrinologists, plus there will be many more appointments after recovery, including yearly testing.

Ashton's dream had always been to become a Respiratory Therapist, which she had to quit due to her POTs. This January, Ashton began her dream again of respiratory therapy school but now that dream again will be disrupted to concentrate on getting strong and healthy. Ashton was so excited because this coming Thursday would have been her first day of clinicals.

For those asking how they can help, we first ask for your prayers. Second, a great way to help would be a financial gift. The funds will be used to help pay medical expenses at Cleveland Clinic, transportation, lodging and food.
