Brandon Conde: Spinal Cord Injury Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On July 5th 2019, my best friend Brandon was involved in a life-altering accident injuring C5-C7 of his spinal cord. The shocking event left Brandon a tetraplegic. 78 days have passed, and by the grace of God Brandon fought to get out of ICU, has been through a number of surgeries, and currently puts his ALL into every exercise activity at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
Brandon has exemplified extreme strength throughout the entire experience.
Brandon was born and raised in Everett, MA. As a child, he went to the Parlin School and graduated from EHS Class of 2012. Throughout his childhood, Brandon played Pop Warner for the Everett Eagles and eventually played for Everett High School, winning multiple Super Bowl Championships under Coach Dibiaso. After high school, Brandon went on to playing football at Bridgewater State University, while also earning a Biology Degree.
Everyone knows the light and joy Brandon brings to a room. Moreover, ALWAYS putting others first, this is our opportunity to put him first. Strong to character Brandon has not given up. With discharge approaching, he is facing an uphill battle in hospital bills, day to day, and the mandatory continued rehab.
With a home that is not yet handicap accessible and limited healthcare professional support, Brandon must continue attending rehabilitation appointments to keep up the progress made. . this is where we stand in our fundraising endeavor.
Please continue to encourage, to show love and support in every way. Let’s show Brandon how much he is loved. Every dollar given will go directly to help Brandon live a comfortable life.
Thank you to every single person who donates to Brandon’s recovery.
Thank you for keeping Brandon in high spirits with every visit, call, or text.
Thank you for the comforting thoughts and prayers
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
