In loving memory of Brandon Kennedy

Brandon James Kennedy, Wamni Yumni Cikala "Little Whirlwind", tragically passed away on September 30, 2023 in Omaha, Ne . An enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. This has been an enormous, emotional loss for our family. Brandon was a loving father to six beautiful girls and just recently became a grandfather to a beautiful baby girl that he never got the opportunity to meet. He was also a husband, son, brother, uncle, nephew, and cousin to a very large extended family.

Brandon had his struggles in life, but he was known for the love that he had not only for his girls but for the Lord . In 2004 he was saved and knew Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. That brings us some comfort in our grief knowing that he wasn't alone in the end!

Because his death was so sudden and we had no time to prepare, we are reaching out today to ask for any help that you can give so that we are able to provide our dad with a memorial he deserves and a way for all of his family to send him off to paradise.
